Ulani is a compliance officer here at FirstActive365; beginning with no experience, she now guides a team focused on implementing the best practices for compliance, vetting and governance.
Her daily tasks include employing the correct practices and policies in place to ensure the compliance department runs quickly and efficiently in line with all the national framework agreements. Ulani serves the role of the compliance officer with confidence and helps an organisation face an unavoidable challenge.
Reiss is the Managing Director here at First Active. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector, and after many years of working with various agencies and finding out what he did and didn’t like about the way different companies operated, he decided to register and set up First Active 365 in June 2018.
He likes to be personable and approachable with everything in regards to the company and there is nothing that is too much of an ask when you need a helping hand. He is always pushing positivity, and trying to let the team know they can achieve anything they put their mind to! Outside of work, you will hardly ever see him without his family, and if you bring some sort of adrenaline activity to him, he’s definitely involved if he hasn’t already done it!
